Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of Bari in 2000, Dr. Marco D’Angelo obtained the title of Chartered Accountant and Auditor in 2005. Over the years, he participated in numerous masters and training courses ranging from Management Control to Business Crisis, from National Tax Law to International Taxation, from Extraordinary Transactions to the Transfer Abroad of companies, acquiring specific skills in many business sectors. Among the most significant experiences, we note the activity carried out for the Microsoft Corporation, rather than the corporate, tax and labor consultancy provided in favor of primary banking institutions during the course of corporate restructuring operations, the evaluation and ” assistance in M&A processes, the preparation of a negotiation resolution plan for the crisis.

The rapidity of transactions, the succession of increasingly complex and difficult to interpret rules, do not allow us to offer an adequate consultancy service without a staff made up of professionals who live up to customer expectations.
